Think of it like a Netflix or Spotify subscription for hiring: you get ongoing, unlimited access to our full recruitment service for one simple recurring price. This model provides budget certainty and aligns our success with your long-term growth.

What is the difference between Foundation, Growth, Expert & Flex Subscription Plans?

Our subscription plans are designed to cater to different business needs and stages of growth. The main difference lies in the salary band flexibility they offer for your team members.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

Foundation, Growth, and Expert Plans are Tiered Plans. Each one provides access to a specific, fixed salary range.

Foundation Plan: Ideal for entry-level and junior roles with salaries under AED 15,000/month. 

Growth Plan: Tailored for mid-level roles with salaries between AED 16,000 –30,000/month,

Expert Plan: Designed for senior-level and specialist roles with salaries between AED 31,000 – 50,000/month

Flex Plan: Restriction free hiring. Hire for any role under AED 50 K/month salary.

In a nutshell: Choose a tiered plan ( Foundation, Growth, or Expert) if your needs fit within a specific salary range or choose Flex if you need flexibility.

What is the difference between subscription plans and other plans that you offer?

Subscription plans are fixed-price and credit-based, designed for long-term, scalable hiring. Our Retainer Plan follows a more traditional model, where payment is made after a successful hire, and fees are per role.

What happens to my unused credits if the validity of my subscription expires?

Upon the expiration of your subscription term, any unused credits will be automatically forfeited and do not carry over. However, if you renew your plan before it expires, your unused credits will be rolled over into the new billing cycle.

We strongly recommend utilizing all your credits within your active subscription period to maximize your plan's value, or ensuring a timely renewal to preserve them.

Do you charge payments in advance or after candidate’s selection?

We offer both options:

Subscription Plans

Payment: Monthly in advance
Benefit: Predictable flat fee, better value for multiple hires

Traditional Retainer Option

Payment: After successful candidate placement
Fee: Flat fee based on candidate's salary

Are there any exceptions to Subscription Plans?

Yes, certain roles are excluded from Rekruitec’s Subscription Plans due to their specialized nature and sourcing complexity.

1. Emiratization Roles
Emiratization roles are not covered under our subscription model. These positions often require:

  • Specialized outreach to UAE Nationals
  • Tailored employer branding strategies
  • Deep understanding of nationalization goals

For Emiratization hiring, we recommend our Retainer Plan, which includes dedicated support for national hiring initiatives.

2. Senior Leadership Roles (Salary AED 50,000+/month)

Executive or leadership roles with a monthly salary above AED 50,000 are also excluded. These hires typically involve:

  • Confidential searches
  • Highly curated shortlists
  • Executive-level market mapping and headhunting

For such high-impact positions, our Retainer Plan ensures a bespoke and focused recruitment approach.

What is the cancellation policy for Subscription Plans?

Our cancellation policy is transparent and based on the value of services rendered. The conditions differ depending on whether you have made any hires during your subscription.

Cancellation Before Any Hires:
If you cancel within the money-back guarantee period of your plan (90 days) and no candidates have been hired, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the money-back guarantee period with no hires made:

  1. A cancellation fee will apply
  2. The fee is 2  months payments capped at AED 10,000 for all plans. (whichever is lower)
  3. Any remaining balance will be promptly refunded

Cancellation After Hires Have Been Made:
If you have hired one or more candidates through us and then decide to cancel, the following applies:

Reconciliation of Fees: All successfully filled positions will be re-calculated and billed at our standard Retainer Plan fee.

Settlement: We will compare the total subscription fees you have already paid against the total retainer fees for your hires
If you have overpaid, the remaining balance will be refunded.

If you have underpaid, a fresh invoice for the difference will be raised.

Candidate Ownership Clause:
To protect our investment in sourcing, any candidate profiles shared with you during the subscription period remain the intellectual property of Rekruitec for 6 months from the cancellation date. If your company or any sister/group companies hire such a candidate within this period, a standard retainer fee will apply.

What if I consume my credits and need to close additional roles?

That's great news—it means your business is growing! If you need to fill more roles than your current plan allows, you have two simple options:

Top-Up Immediately: You can easily purchase additional credits to cover your immediate hiring needs.

Upgrade Your Plan: If your hiring needs have permanently increased, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan (e.g., from Growth to Expert). 

There are no penalties or complications. We’re here to scale with you. Simply contact your account manager or our support team, and we’ll handle it immediately.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.

The key difference between our Foundation, Growth, and Expert plans is not the number of credits, but the salary band you are permitted to use for a role. 

Upgrading Your Plan (e.g., from Foundation to Growth): This change is effective immediately. You will gain access to a higher salary band, allowing you to recruit for roles with a higher budget. The price difference will be prorated, and you will be billed for it immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan (e.g., from Expert to Growth): The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's salary band until that date.

Important Note on the Flex Plan:
The Flex plan operates differently. It provides access to the full spectrum of salary bands.

How do you ensure Employer Branding?

At Rekruitec, we integrate employer branding into every stage of the recruitment process to help you attract top-tier talent and stand out in the market. Here’s how we do it:

  • Branded Job Postings - We promote your roles using your company name, tone, and brand language across our sourcing channels.
  • Custom Candidate Communication - All candidate touchpoints—emails, messages, and interview coordination—are aligned with your brand’s voice and values.
  • Company Highlights in Pitching - Our recruiters showcase your company’s strengths, mission, culture, and growth story during candidate engagement to create a compelling narrative.
  • Streamlined Experience - We ensure a smooth, respectful candidate journey, reinforcing your reputation as an employer of choice.

Do you provide replacement guarantees?

Yes. We offer a 180-day replacement guarantee for all subscription plans. If a candidate leaves within that period, we’ll refill the role at no extra cost.

What happens if the management cancels or puts a role on hold after Rekruitec has started working on it?

We understand that business priorities can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting the investment of our recruitment efforts.

If a role is cancelled or put on hold after we have begun active work:

Credit Allocation: The credit allocated to that role will be considered utilized. However, Rekruitec may, at its sole discretion, reassign the credit to a different open role within your organization.

Candidate Ownership: If a credit is reassigned to a new role, all candidate profiles previously shared for the cancelled role will remain the intellectual property of Rekruitec for 6 months from the cancellation date. If your company or any sister/group companies hire any of these candidates within this 6-month period, a full retainer plan fee will be invoiced for that placement.

Work Preservation: All search data and candidate information will be preserved. If the original role is reactivated within your subscription's validity period, we will resume work immediately.

This policy ensures fairness for both parties while maintaining the integrity of our recruitment process. We recommend finalizing internal approvals before initiating new searches to optimize your credit usage.

What if I use a credit but Rekruitec is unable to find suitable candidates or close the role?

This scenario is precisely why our subscription model is designed to be low-risk and client-focused. Here's our policy:

If we are unable to present suitable candidates that meet your requirements:

Credit Protection: The credit allocated to that role will not be consumed. We only utilize a credit upon a successful placement.

Strategic Review: We will initiate a collaborative review with your team to:

  1. Recalibrate the role requirements
  2. Adjust our search strategy
  3. Explore alternative candidate profiles

If suitable candidates are presented but not selected:

Extended Validity: All candidate profiles remain under our ownership for 6 months. If any of these candidates are hired within this period, standard placement terms apply.

Our commitment: We maintain transparent communication throughout the process and will advise if we believe role parameters need adjustment to ensure successful outcomes.

This approach ensures you only pay for delivered results while protecting our investment in thorough search execution.

What happens if a candidate's salary exceeds my plan's salary band?

If you have hired or wish to hire a candidate whose salary exceeds your current plan's band, we make the process simple and transparent:

Automatic Upgrade: We will automatically upgrade that specific hire to the appropriate plan level

Simple Price Difference: You only pay the difference in credit cost between your current plan and the required plan

No Plan Change Required: Your overall subscription plan remains unchanged - this is a per-hire adjustment

This ensures you always get the right candidate while maintaining cost control.

What is a Retainer Plan?

Our Retainer Plan follows a traditional recruitment model, where you engage us to fill a specific role and only pay after the successful selection and joining of the candidate. It’s ideal for companies that prefer outcome-based billing but want to avoid inflated agency commissions.

How is it different from other plans?

Unlike our Subscription Plan (monthly fixed pricing) , the Retainer Plan is performance-based - you pay per successful hire, not per month or credit. It offers the comfort of traditional recruitment but with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

Why should I choose this plan?

This plan is perfect if you want full-cycle recruitment support without upfront commitment. It combines the flexibility of pay-after-selection with the quality and accountability of our end-to-end service, including assessments, coordination, and onboarding support.

What are the payment terms?

You are billed only after the selected candidate joins your team. We offer the lowest cost per hire in the region on our retention plans compared to high agency commissions.

Are there any exceptions to the Retainer Plan?

No, there are no exceptions. We can support on any role that you might have.

Do the candidates undergo assessments?

Absolutely. All candidates are evaluated through technical and behavioral assessments, tailored to the role requirements. This helps ensure both skill and culture fit.

Does the plan ensure Employer Branding?

No, the plan does not guarantee any employer branding.

Do you provide replacement guarantees?
