What is a subscription plan?
Our subscription plan offers end-to-end recruitment services for a fixed quarterly or annual fee (paid monthly). You get a set number of hires (credits) and access to premium recruitment support without commission-based pricing.
What is the difference between Quarterly and Annual Subscription Plans?
Both plans give you access to our full-cycle recruitment services with monthly billing, but they differ in flexibility, cost efficiency, and cancellation terms.

What is the difference between subscription plans and other plans that you offer?

What happens to my unused credits if the validity of my subscription expires?
Unused credits are valid only during your active subscription period, 3 months for Quarterly Plans and 12 months for Annual Plans.
Upon expiration:
- Unused credits will expire unless the subscription is renewed or upgraded before or at the time of expiry.
- If the subscription is downgraded, any remaining unused credits will be forfeited.
- Rekruitec reserves the right to limit or adjust credit carryover based on plan eligibility.
To retain your credits, we recommend renewing or upgrading your plan before it expires. Your Account Manager can guide you on the best option based on your hiring needs.
Do you charge extra for assessments?
All our clients benefit from basic assessments included at no extra cost as part of our service. For specialized or role-specific assessments, we may recommend tailored options to give you deeper insights into candidate suitability. These are only charged if you choose to add them, ensuring you get maximum value and flexibility.
Do you charge payments in advance or after candidate’s selection?
Subscription Plan – Payment is charged in advance, billed monthly (for both Quarterly and Annual plans).
Are there any exceptions to Subscription Plans?
Yes, certain roles are excluded from Rekruitec’s Subscription Plans due to their specialized nature and sourcing complexity.
1. Emiratization Roles
Emiratization roles are not covered under our subscription model. These positions often require:
- Specialized outreach to UAE Nationals
- Tailored employer branding strategies
- Deep understanding of nationalization goals
For Emiratization hiring, we recommend our Retainer Plan, which includes dedicated support for national hiring initiatives.
2. Senior Leadership Roles (Salary AED 50,000+/month)
Executive or leadership roles with a monthly salary above AED 50,000 are also excluded. These hires typically involve:
- Confidential searches
- Highly curated shortlists
- Executive-level market mapping and headhunting
For such high-impact positions, our Retainer Plan ensures a bespoke and focused recruitment approach.
Do you provide a dedicated Account Manager for all subscription plans?
A dedicated Account Manager is provided to clients on annual subscription plans to ensure personalized support, strategic alignment, and consistent service delivery.
Clients on quarterly plans receive shared support but can upgrade to annual plans to unlock dedicated account management.
What is the cancellation policy for Subscription Plans?
We’ve built our cancellation and refund policy with flexibility and client confidence in mind. Rekruitec’s subscription model allows you to scale hiring efficiently—with the added peace of our Money-Back Guarantee.
🔁 Quarterly Subscription Plans
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes—within the first 30 days:
- Cancel any time in the first 30 days for a 100% refund.
- If you’ve made any hires, those will be charged separately as per our Retainer Plan rates.
- The rest of your payment (after deducting hire charges) will be refunded or an invoice issued, if needed.
Can I cancel after 30 days?
- No. Cancellation is not allowed after the first 30 days.
- Your plan continues until the quarter ends.
📅 Annual Subscription Plans
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes—within 45 days:
- Cancel any time in the first 45 days and get a 100% refund.
- Hires made during this period are billed as Retainer Plan rates.
After deducting hire fees:
- You’ll get a refund, or
- We’ll raise an invoice for any balance due.
What if I want to cancel after the free cancellation period? - Cancellation allowed with 30 days’ notice.
- A one-month subscription fee is charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations before 6 months.
- If cancelled after 6 months, two months subscription fee will be charged as cancellation fee if no hires are made during the subscription period.
Two Possible Scenarios:
1. No hires made:
- Only the cancellation fee is charged.
- The rest of your payment is refunded.
2. Hires made:
- All hires are billed at Retainer Plan rates.
- Plus, a one-month cancellation fee.
- If you’ve overpaid → refund issued.
- If you owe more → invoice raised.
What happens to candidates shared before cancellation? - Rekruitec retains candidate ownership for 6 months post-cancellation.
- If you hire any of those candidates during that time, they will be billed under our Retainer Plan.

What if I hire a candidate and then cancel my subscription?
If you successfully hire a candidate using Rekruitec services during the subscription period and choose to cancel your subscription, the following applies:
- The hire will still be chargeable, as it represents a successful delivery of service.
- You will be billed as per the Retainer Plan rate for that specific role.
This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of the grace period to avoid service charges after successful hiring. We’re flexible with cancellations—but if value has been delivered, we ensure it’s accounted for transparently.
What if I consume all my credits and need to close additional roles?
If you’ve used up all your allocated credits but still have more roles to fill, you have two flexible options:
Option 1: Pay-As-You-Go (Retainer Plan Rates)
Any additional hires made beyond your subscribed credit limit will be billed separately at our Retainer Plan rates per role.
Option 2: Upgrade Your Subscription
If your hiring needs have increased, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher-tier plan.
- This will give you additional hire credits at a lower per-hire cost.
- Your existing billing cycle remains unaffected, and the new plan runs in parallel for the remainder of the original term or starts a fresh term based on your preference.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time to match your growing hiring needs.
Downgrades are allowed at the end of your current billing cycle with 30 days’ written notice. Please note:
- No unused credits can be carried forward to the downgraded plan.
- Quarterly plans are not eligible for downgrade during the active subscription period.

Do you provide replacement guarantees?
Yes. We offer a 180-day replacement guarantee for all subscription plans. If a candidate leaves within that period, we’ll refill the role at no extra cost.
Can I pause my subscription if I’m not hiring?
Yes, we offer the flexibility to pause your annual subscription plans under certain conditions solely at Rekruitec’s discretion.
- Quarterly plans cannot be paused.
- Annual plans can be paused for up to 90 days, also subject to written approval.
Please note:
- During the pause period, all hiring activities will be suspended, including any ongoing roles we are actively working on.
- Payment obligations remain unchanged and must be made as per your regular billing cycle.
- The pause allows you to extend your subscription period by the number of days paused, at no additional cost.
We’ve introduced this feature because we value long-term relationships and understand that business priorities can shift. The pause option ensures you can realign hiring timelines without losing out on the value of your subscription.

What happens if the management cancels or puts a role on hold after Rekruitec has started working on it?
If a role is cancelled or put on hold after Rekruitec has already started sourcing or submitted candidate profiles, the service is considered initiated and the credit is typically marked as used.
However, we understand that business needs can change. In such cases:
- The credit may be placed on hold for that specific role and can be reactivated within the same subscription period if the client reopens the role.
- The role must remain unchanged in scope and requirements to qualify for reactivation under the same credit.
Additionally:
- All candidates shared up to that point will remain under REKRUTEC’s exclusive ownership for a period of 6 months.
- If the Client later hires any of these candidates—directly or via a third party—a fee will apply as per the Retainer Plan terms or an additional credit will be consumed.
We understand priorities shift, and we ensure flexibility for our clients, while maintaining the integrity and fairness of our service model.
What if I use a credit but Rekruitec is unable to find suitable candidates or close the role?
We understand that some roles can be challenging to fill. If we are unable to deliver suitable candidates after exhausting our sourcing and screening process, we’ll work with you to redefine the role, adjust expectations, or explore alternative sourcing strategies.
If the role remains unfilled despite reasonable effort and no candidates progress to final interviews, we may, at our discretion, reassign the credit to a different open role—ensuring you get full value from your subscription.

What is a sourcing credit plan?
The Sourcing Credit Plan is a flexible, pay-as-you-go recruitment model. You purchase credits upfront, and each credit entitles you to a curated shortlist of 6 qualified candidates for any open role. It’s designed for companies who need expert sourcing support—without committing to a full recruitment cycle.
How is it different from other plans?
The Sourcing Credit Plan is a one-time purchase model that offers flexibility and cost-efficiency without the commitment of ongoing subscriptions or success-based fees.
In short:
The Sourcing Credit Plan is ideal if you’re looking for on-demand candidate shortlists with no placement fees, making it a cost-effective option for companies with internal HR teams or occasional hiring needs.
Why should I choose this plan?
It’s ideal if you already have an in-house HR team or hiring manager but need help with sourcing and screening. It offers flexibility, no lock-ins, and global reach at a fraction of the cost of traditional sourcing services.
The credits are valid for how many days?
Each sourcing credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to apply them to roles as needed.
What happens to my unused credits if the validity expires?
Unused credits will expire at the end of 12 months. We recommend planning your hiring pipeline to maximize credit usage within the validity period.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is made 100% in advance at the time of purchasing credits. There are no additional charges unless otherwise agreed.
Are there any exceptions to sourcing credit plans?
Yes. Extremely senior-level roles (e.g., C-suite), executive search, or confidential/headhunting assignments may require a different engagement model. We’ll notify you in advance if a role falls outside this plan’s scope. Additionally, Emiratization roles too are not part of sourcing credits plan.
How can I cancel my subscription? Are there any penalties?
Yes, cancellations are possible within the first 30 days, and you’ll receive a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations are not allowed to maintain continuity in the recruitment process. Please note, any candidates shared by Rekruitec before cancellation will remain the exclusive right of Rekruitec, and if hired, will be billed under the retainer plan.
Can I cancel my plan after the 30 days cancellation period has expired?
No, the plans cannot be cancelled post 30 days cancellation period.
What if I consume all my credits and need more?
You can purchase additional sourcing credits plan anytime depending upon your hiring requirement.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my sourcing credit plan?
You can upgrade as needed, but downgrading is only possible with in 4 weeks of subscription start date.
What if I don’t like the quality of profiles shared by your team?
We offer profile feedback loops to fine-tune sourcing. If candidates don’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to recalibrate and replace the batch where appropriate.
What happens if the candidates don’t clear the interview or join?
Sourcing credits focuses primarily on talent sourcing and does not provide and guarantees on candidates. However, we’ll support profile replacements for any shortlisted candidate who does not attend the interviews based on clear feedback within a reasonable time window.
Do the candidates undergo assessments?
Yes. All candidates are screened for role fit, and we offer basic technical and behavioral assessments as part of the process. Advanced or client-specific assessments can be included on request.
Does the plan ensure Employer Branding?
While sourcing plans are more transactional, we still represent your brand professionally in outreach and communication. For full employer branding integration, we recommend our Subscription Plan.
Do you provide replacement guarantees?
Replacement guarantees are not included in the sourcing credit plan as it does not guarantee any placement. If you require end-to-end hiring support and candidate replacement, our Subscription or Retainer Plans are better suited.
How long does it take to receive profiles after redeeming a credit?
You will typically receive your first batch of curated profiles within 4 working days after role intake is completed.
Can I use one credit across multiple roles?
No. One credit is tied to one open role and delivers a full curated shortlist for that specific position.
What if the candidates you share are duplicates or have already been interviewed by us?
Before sharing any profiles, we perform a thorough duplication check against your provided records (past applicants, talent pipelines, etc.).
If a candidate is found to be a genuine duplicate (previously interviewed or in active discussions within the last 6 months), and this is communicated within 48 hours of submission, that profile will not count toward your batch. We will replace it at no additional cost.
To ensure accuracy, we recommend sharing any internal blacklists or historical candidate data during the initial intake. This helps us filter effectively and avoid unnecessary duplication.
What if I have multiple vacancies for the same role? Do I need to use multiple credits?
No, you don’t need to use multiple credits as long as you hire multiple candidates from the same shortlisted batch delivered under one credit.
However, if you require additional batches of new candidates beyond the original shortlist, you will need to consume an additional credit for each new batch.
